Remove Ads from Neopets
Are you constantly annoyed by the ads you see all over Neopets? Trust me, a lot of people are. Thankfully, it's not that hard to get rid of them. Use the tutorial below to do so. It's only a few steps, and then you'll be on your way to better browsing.
- First of all, do you have Mozilla Firefox? To be honest, if you don't, you probably should. Firefox is quite a bit more secure than Internet Explorer, has more features, and is more frequently updated. Plus, you'll be able to view NeoLodge.com perfectly since it's optimized for Firefox users.
If you don't have it, click the link below to get it with the Google Toolbar which adds some nice features such as Google Search, Gmail, PageRank, Spellcheck (very useful), and several other things.
- Now you have Firefox, and you're all setup. Right? Righto. Now you need to download one addon to Firefox called an Extension or Add-on. Click the link below:
- Stylish
- Like when you install any extension to Firefox, you'll have to restart it (close it and then open it again) for the changes to take place. Then go to Tools > Add-ons > Stylish > Options. Note: Depending on your version of Firefox, the menu options may be slightly different.
- Click the ADD button. In the big white box copy and paste the following: #bottomban,#ban{
display: none !important;
}
- Give it a title in the top bar then click SAVE.
- Enjoy Neopets with no ads!
