Journey to the Lost Isle

With the introduction of chapter 3 of Journey to the Lost Isle, the Ravenous Monster disappeared from the Battledome. The adventure now takes us to the the Mysterious Stone Temple where we must solve 3 new puzzles to move ahead.

In order to enter this strange structure, you must enter the correct keycode using the key rings. Fortunately, the lock comes with a handy prompt system of flashing lights that lets you know how close your guess is. In the interest of maintaining high security, the keycode is reset if it is not guessed correctly after a number of tries. At that point, the rings return to the neutral position, and you must start over.Simply click on a ring to move the next symbol into the red code position. To move a ring backward, hold SHIFT or CNTRL while clicking on a ring. Once you have all the rings in the position you like, click the red button in the center of the lock. For each symbol that is correct in the code you entered, one of the lights in the middle will light up. A yellow light indicates that a symbol in the keycode you've entered is part of the correct code, but not in the correct position. A green light indicates that a symbol in the code you entered is the correct symbol, as well as in the correct position.

NOTE: There is no correlation between the position of the lights and the position of the rings. The lights only tell you how many symbols you have correct. They do NOT tell you where they are.

 Light Indicates
 Nothing Correct
Correct symbol in the wrong spot
Correct symbol in the correct spot

Notice that the blank spaces at the 12:00 position are where you set the codes. The blanks will NOT be a part of the actual code. Each puzzle has a randomly generated solution. Every person's is different. But they are all solved through trial and error. To move the symbols into place, click on the row until you have the symbols where you want them. Click the red center to submit your guess. If you have run out of chances, without correctly guessing, the puzzle will be reset with a new code.

Level One

There four symbols and you have eight chances to guess the correct code, which consists of four symbols. There is a slight possiblity that the symbols can be used more than once. This is the the easiest puzzle and a good warm up for the harder two remaining puzzles.

Level Two

This level you have six different symbols, ten chances, and the code consists of five symbols. There is a chance that one or more of the symbols will be used more than once. Start with the inside ring and try each code until you get a green light, then move on to the next ring. Make note of any symbol used when you get a yellow light.

Level Three

The third and final puzzle consists of six wheels, all eight symbols and fifteen tries. Again, start with the innermost ring. If you receive a green light, great! If you receive a yellow light, try that symbol on the second ring and a new symbol on the first ring. Keep progressing to the outermost ring. If you become frustrated or confused take a break. There is no time limit.

When the solution to the third puzzle is found the door will open.

Looks like you've done it. With a soft hiss, the door slides open and allows you to enter.

A gleam of metal on the floor catches your eye, and you quickly pocket the object.

If you are taken to a page with a puzzle on it, with the number of tries at 0, just refresh the page.
