Journey to the Lost Isle Sailors often whisper to each other about the old legend of Mad Tongue Murphy, the delirious castaway who was rescued at sea. Some tales say that he was driven mad by his long, lonely days of drifting, while others insist that he was cursed when he landed on a mysterious island, a place he often raved about in his crazed ramblings. The only records of his travels lay in his journal, which has now fallen into the capable hands of Professor Hugo Fairweather, archeolinguist and expert of ancient lore. Only time will show what he can make of it... ![]() Click To the puzzle Because of their quick departure, Captain Rourke hasn't had time to tidy up around the SS Primella yet. Various pieces of equipment are strewn about the deck haphazardly, making it rather difficult to walk around. Scrap, to repay the captain back for stealing onto the ship, must now work off his debt by helping around the Primella. Help the stowaway arrange all the pieces on the deck into a neat square, before the captain decides to throw him overboard! Help Scrap clean up the ship by fitting the tools together on the playing grid. There are three puzzles that must be done. Each with a different amount of tools, which will be different shapes and sizes. The first grid might be the easiest. The size of the playing grid is 4X4, with sixteen (16) squares. Puzzle One ![]() Using the mouse, pick up each tool and place it onto the grid. Though it may seem difficult, every tool must be on in it's own square. There is no overlapping of the tools. Each person's tools and solution will be different from the next. ![]() Once the tools are all onto the playing grid, click submit. If the solution is correct, you will be taken to a page containing the next puzzle. If not, then you will be taken to a page that will have the same puzzle on it and the words "You Didn't Get It Right!!" at the bottom in white bold letters. ![]() That's ok, these steps calls for trial and error. If you did not get it right, continue working until you get it. Puzzle Two The playing field is now bigger. Instead of a 4X4 grid, Scrap now has to fill a 5X5 grid, with 25 squares. More tools, more squares. Like level one, fill in the grid with the tools scattered around the board. ![]() Once all of the pieces are onto the board, click submit to send in your answer. If correct, you will be taken to the third and final puzzle. If not, you will see the page that has the same puzzle, tools and the words "You Didn't Get It Right!!" like before. Keep trying until you are taken to the final puzzle. Puzzle Three The grid is now a 6X6 playing grid with thirty-six (36) squares. Again, there are more tools to place onto the board. Using trial and error, fit all of the tools onto the board. ![]() Once the tools are all on the grid, click submit. After completing all three puzzles, and the deck is clean, you're done! ![]() Credit: This guide was written exclusively for NeoLodge.com by Ms. Nikki. Edited by Georgie. 2007-05-01 03:12:25 |
