High atop Terror Mountain, sits a small, cozy house. This house is home to none other than Donny. Who is Donny you ask? Why, he is the Broken Toy Repair Man!

Donny's skills are put to use when someone brings a broken toy to him. As long as you have enough Neopoints to pay him for the job, he will be happy to fix it for you. It doesn't take long to fix a toy, unless Donny's old age gets in the way. Sometimes, he will start coughing when he is fixing a toy. When this happens you have to pat him on the back and make feel better. It can take a while.
Donny only repairs broken toys. If you bring him anything else he will tell you Bah, there doesn't seem ta be anything wrong with that!!

Don't waste his time by bringing him anything other than broken toys, because he can't do anything with other items. The only verified broken toy he can't repair, is the Ripped Blue Chia Plushie.

You may be wondering what the benefit is to having a toy repaired by Donny. Your Neopet will enjoy playing with an unbroken toy and be happier, of course. There is also an avatar rewarded when Donny fixes a toy.
Keep in mind some toys are more valuable when they are broken.
