Each number or letter has a specific grave. When a ghost petpet comes up, hit the corresponding letter or number key to whack the ghost back into its grave.

Keyboard Set-up

Before playing, choose one of two play modes. The 1st mode is using the number keys.

The 2nd mode is using the letter keys.

As mentioned above, the goal is to stop the ghost petpets from terrorizing the Neopian cemeteries. There are four ghost petpets to whack, and each requires a certain amount of whacks to get them to disappear.

Each level lasts 30 seconds. Try to whack as many petpets, hearts, treasure chest, and coins as possible.

After every 3 levels, the keypads will rotate.

You may also notice the pink floating heart. Whacking this heart will gain you an extra life.

You are allowed to have a maximum of 10 lives. No matter how many hearts you collect, after having the 10 hearts, they will not count.

The object of level one is extremely easy. Whack as many of the Ghost Greeble as possible in 30 seconds.

Level two introduces a Ghost Faellie, which must be hit twice in order for it to disappear.

Rotated keys! Instead of another petpet emerging, the evil ghost petpets have used their magical powers to switch the keys around. Well, we're unsure if they had anything to do with it, but oh well. make sure to look closely at the keys. Remember: whacking the wrong grave loses a life. For this level, simply pick up the keyboard and turn it 90 degrees to the left (counterclockwise) to line the numbers back up with the graves.

A lost pet, a Pink Kacheek, has wandered into the cemetery. Though disgustingly cute, do not hit the pet. Doing so will result in losing a life.

The pink Kacheek is back, and skulls are added. Watch carefully and keep the keyboard rotated to reach level six in no time.

Level six introduces the Ghost Deaver, which must be hit 3 times.

Once again the keys have switched, but rotating the keyboard won't help. Place it back in it's normal position, and take special note of the change.

Another petpet to whack senseless! The Ghost Ona will take 4 whacks to disappear.

Same as the other rounds, but there are now 4 petpets to whack.

Again, the keys have rotated...take careful note.

• When the controls rotate for the first time, rotate your keyboard to match it. Switching the keyboard at other times won't create exact matches, so find what works best for you and play that way.
• On higher levels, when ghosts come out faster, go for the ghosts that take more hits to push back in.
• If you’re having trouble with the keypad or don’t have one, switch it to letter mode so you can use the alphabetic keys.
• Take your time; it is just a game.

There is no avatar for this game. A minimum score of 1,364 is needed to obtain a bronze trophy.
