There is nothing better than playing catch with your petpet, and that's precisely what one Elephante and Puppyblew have decided to do. Using the Elephante's trunk, shoot a peanut as far as you can for your Puppyblew to catch!
To shoot the peanut, help the Elephante build up energy by repeatedly pressing the arrow keys. The amount of energy will determine how far the peanut will go. The farther the peanut goes, the higher your score will be.
Energy Meter: Shows you how much energy the Elephante has stored up. The more energy you have, the longer the distance the peanut will be tossed. Score: Shows your current score. Distance: Shows how far the peanut went on different throws.
There are three different levels of energy, displayed by the colors blue, purple, and red on the energy meter in the bottom left of the screen. When the meter is blue, it means there is not have very much energy stored. Purple means you have a medium amount of energy, and red a large amount of energy stored. To store energy, press the left and right arrows in rapid succession. When the energy meter turns red (you can do purple or blue if you want, but red is the best) press the up arrow to shoot the peanut.

Once the Elephante shoots the peanut, the controls switch over to the Puppyblew. Once again using the arrow keys, it's your job as the Puppyblew, to run after the peanut and catch it. Watch out for the logs that are scattered along the field. If the Puppyblew hits one, he will be tossed onto the ground. Nothing else happens, but he will miss out on the ten point bonus awarded for each log jumped over.
Use the right arrow key to make the Puppyblew run forward, while the left arrow key will make the Puppyblew slow down. Use the up arrow to jump.
There are a few combinations for jumping over logs. To make the combo jumps, press the arrow keys in succession.
- Straight Jump: Up + Right
- Front Flip: Left + Up + Right
- Double Front Flip: Left + Right + Left + Right + Up
- Back Flip: Right + Up + Left
- Double Back Flip: Right + Left + Right + Left + Up
To catch the peanut, it is a good idea to have the Puppyblew under the peanut's shadow at all times.
As the shadow grows, the peanut gets closer to the ground. When the peanut is visible, make sure the Puppyblew is right under it so he can catch it. If the peanut is dropped, you will score no points for that round. If the peanut is caught, the score you receive will be the number of meters that the peanut traveled.
To get more points while catching the peanut, you can try for a Supercatch bonus, which simply means you caught the peanut while in the air. The bonus is different for each type of jump used for a Supercatch.

If you want to go for the 50 point Supercatch bonus, do double front or back flips the entire time you are playing the game. Right after the Puppyblew is directly under the shadow, press right, left, right left or left, right, left right but not up. When a log appears, press the up key and the Puppyblew will do a double front/back flip. Repeat the action until the end when the peanut appears, press up, and catch the peanut and score 50 bonus points!
There are three rounds in this game. Each round is exactly the same except for the number of logs and their placement.Tips
- Don't shoot the peanut unless the meter is in the red.
- Keep the Puppyblew under the shadow at all times.
- Have your jumps ready before you get to a log so you have more time.
There is no avatar for this game, but a score of about 1050 will get you a new trophy.
