“Do you think you have what it takes to go head to head with some of Tyrannia's best card sharks? If so, then try a game of Go! Go! Go!. See if you can beat the best of Tyrannia.”

Have you recently become a fan of this popular game? If so, you are in the right place to get a few hints and tricks. You will be going up against the best of Tyrannia's card sharks. Basically, you want to have all of your cards cleared out before most or all of your tough Tyrannian opponents do. Although it may seem complicated, it doesn't take too long to get the gist of Go! Go! Go!. It only costs 50 Neopoints to play, so start playing!

For the first game, the opponents are Bacheek, Myncha, and Takeli-Li. They are the easiest opponents of the game; once they are beaten, the opponents will only get tougher.
Bacheek
Bacheek move stones... Bacheek no understand card game well. Bacheek lose lots.
Myncha
Myncha was one of the first to venture northwards to the Volcano, and it was here he saw a group of prehistoric Scorchio's playing Go! Go! Go! He watched quietly, and then told all his friends about this great new game - and they have been playing it ever since!
Tekeli-Li
Tekeli-li is a Master of Spells and Potions, watch him very closely as he has been known to use the odd little bit of magic when things aren't going his way.

Once the game begins, the player receives nine (9) cards. Three (3) cards go into the face down pile, three (3) cards go into the face up pile, and three (3) cards go into the player's hand. The player must always have three cards in his or her hand, except when the deck is gone. When it is the player's turn, he or she must select a card that is equal to or greater than the card on top of the Stack using the left mouse button. Certain cards have a special worth, but we’ll get to those later.

If the player has more than one of a card in his or her hand, he or she may play multiples of that card. For example, the player may play three fives or two sixes at one time.

As soon as a card is played on the stack, another card from the deck will be added to the player's hand. Once there are no more cards in the deck, the player will no longer receive cards. If there is not a playable card to be placed, the player will have to take the whole stack into his or her hand. This is not a good thing, so consider holding on to a few special cards for later in the game.
  • 2 A two can be played as a Wild Card, and may be played on any card but a three.
  • 3 Only an odd card can be played on top of a three. (3, 5, 7, 9, Jack or King)
  • 4 Only an even card can play on a four. (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, Queen or Ace)
  • 10 When played, tens clear the pile and earn the player an extra turn.

If four cards of the same rank are played, the pile will be cleared. The pile is also cleared if, for example, two fours are placed on top of two fours that were put down by the previous opponent.

Once the deck and all the cards in hand are gone, the player must use the face up cards. After all of the face up cards are played, the face down cards will have to be played next. This part can get very tricky. Basically, it will be like playing the game blindly. This is where luck comes in.

The game will continue until one person holds all of the cards. If the player is this person, then he or she losses. If, however, the player is the first person who gets rid of all of his or her cards, the player wins and advance onto the next level, as well as gaining a few Neopoints. If the player is neither the first nor the last to get rid of the cards, he or she does not advance to the next level, but does earn Neopoints for the round.

Tips to win

  • Use the lowest card possible. Higher cards leave fewer options, and thus have a higher chance of forcing the player to pick up the stack.
  • Save twos and tens for later on in the game, and don’t use more than one at a time.
  • Develop a strategy that works for you, and try to use it consistently. Remember, everyone's playing style will be different!
